Poured from a can into a pint glass.
Appearance: Deep, dark brown, but not black. Sizable light brown head.
Smell: Not strong, but it's mostly cinnamon -- almost burns the nose a little. A little malt sweetness.
Taste: If you've ever had cinnamon-infused chocolate, kind of like that. Sweet and pleasant. Bit of roastiness on the back end.
Feel: Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation.

16oz can poured into a snifter. Canned 3 weeks ago.
Pours a darkish amber color. Less than a finger head that vanishes almost immediately. No lacing.
Smell is almost entirely cinnamon. Some vanilla and coffee notes in the background.
Cheese and rice!! This thing is a cinnamon bomb. Almost all I pick up is the dominant cinnamon flavor plus some caramel apple and vanilla. A hint of coffee is there.
Feel is watery and not viscous at all. Fairly carbonated.
Overall this is a pretty one dimensional beer. Cinnamon is all it has going for it.
