Appearance: Arrives a relatively clear honey/golden color with a one finger cap; splashy lacing
Smell: Papaya, star fruit, passionfruit and a hint of pomelo pith
Taste: Papaya and star fruit forward, with a hint of passionfruit; through the middle, the pomelo pith emerges; after the swallow, there is a vinous, biting, dry white wine character that drives home the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Rather austere but exemplifies the range of hops in IPAs
