Appearance: Arrives fudge brown colored with a thin khaki lid; streaky lacing
Smell: Chocolate, strawberry and just a hint of vanilla
Taste: As in the aroma, the chocolate and strawberry flavors are prominent, with the chocolate arriving first and the strawberry building; in the mid-palate, there is some balancing bitterness and the hint of vanilla arrives in the tail end
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate carbonation; hides the ABV well
Overall: The brewers nailed the Neapolitan ice cream concept here; fun to try once but not something to which I would likely return
