Imperial Pastry Stout with Vanilla, Coconut & Marshmallow aged in a blend of Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey and Bourbon barrels.

On tap at Trillium Greenway.
Deep black with a tiny deep tan head. Aromas dominated by milk chocolate, marshmallow, Graham cracker, caramel, almond, coconut. Flavors follow suit -- very sweet and the adjuncts (vanilla, coconut, marshmallow) are all apparent. I'd say this is just over the line into cloying territory. Almost no barrel character either, other than a slight oaky rum/bourbon character on the back end. Too syrupy and not quite fluffy enough on the mouthfeel.
