On tap at Trillium Greenway.

Deep black with a tiny deep tan head. Aromas dominated by milk chocolate, marshmallow, Graham cracker, caramel, almond, coconut. Flavors follow suit -- very sweet and the adjuncts (vanilla, coconut, marshmallow) are all apparent. I'd say this is just over the line into cloying territory. Almost no barrel character either, other than a slight oaky rum/bourbon character on the back end. Too syrupy and not quite fluffy enough on the mouthfeel.

On tap at Fidelity festival, Dublin.
Jet with sepia fringe; bourbon pecan pie nose; salted pretzels, a ton of chocolate, caramel + cocoa chew + a vanilla barrel thread; chewy.

Ridiculous nose. Endless chocolate candy: like caramel turtles with a fudge center. Barrel somehow keeps it from cloying. Epic.

This is brewery not to be messed with.
