Excellent bar poured starting head. Lasting, leaving lumpy lace on the glass. Hazy darker gold, lighter amber color.
Mild start to the nose. A bit of raw grain and light noble hops. Attractive but soft.
The initial flavor starts off dry-ish and becomes sweeter by the time of the swallow. The shows up in a similar fashion leaving a neutral bitterness in the aftertaste. The finish has a cider like flavor to it. The body is full and the carbonation neutral.
