Modest head production and retention. Nose is wonderfully full of milk stout tones, including cream, coffee, light char, vanilla, red grapes, and brown sugar.
Easy drinking on the palate, and with tons of flavor for a 6.5% ABV brew. Lots of coffee, cream, and brown sugar. Overall fairly thin bodied, but plenty of heft for the ABV, easily punching above its weight class. No off tones, nothing unpleasant, just an overall joy.
