Collaboration with Parish Brewing Co.

Ghost In Dade is a collaborative double dry-hopped DIPA brewed with our bayou buddies from Parish Brewing Company in Broussard, Louisiana. We mashed up our IPA recipe along with their Ghost In The Machine recipe to bring you a "305" version of Ghost! This juice bomb was double dry hopped with a heavy hand of Citra & Strata hops.

16oz can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
L: Pours a slightly thick dark orange w a lofty 2" rounded off white head, good retention, high carbonation, random thick sticky lacing.
S: Citrus, candied caramel malts, berries, mango, alcohol as beer warms.
T: Rich candy caramel malts, lightly dank, a light sensation of egg nog w/o spice, citrus w some zest, moderately sweet, light berries, melon, light alcohol as beer warms. Full-flavored w a fairly large taste.
F: Semi thick med-heavy bodied feel w a soft, deep center and a med-length fairly clean finish that is not too dry.
O: A full-flavored and deep tasting American Hazy with active carbo that finally settles down into a very good tasting beer. It is very good in its style.

Darker orange
Thick beer white head.
Smells of tropical fruits mango and lychee.
Sweet beer. Big fruit flavors and a little bitter at the end. But not much. Alcohol comes thru.
Don’t love this beer compared to regular ghost.

Pours a medium hazy golden orange color with a thin head. Smell is fruity ,with berries and citrus. Taste is good notes of tropical citrus and melon some berries and dankness. Mouth very soft with well hidden ABV is creamy and hoppy. A good CoLab with Parish but nothing mind blowing and considering a $30 4PK makes me not a fan ,and would not buy again due to price ,so many others on the rack at half the price.
