Served from the tap in a snifter at Consume.

Pours a hazy sunset auburn-amber topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises bright citrus zests and piths, light lemongrass, mild biscuit, light pine needles, and a few drops of honey. The taste brings in more of the same, the dry biscuit seeming to not have much of a problem being drowned out by the fruity/grassy hops. Who am I to judge or argue? The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fairly fluid feel. A pretty solid and enjoyable hazy boi.

Collaboration with civil society, can October 2020; absolutely fantastic double IPA, trademark civil finishing smoothness with effervescence. This one is worth seeking out and acquiring as much as you possibly can

Pours a cloudy light golden color with a thin fresh head. Smell is fruity with citrus and earthy hops. Taste has oranges and melon. With a dusty musty earthy hop taste . Mouth feel is sweet with ABV hidden with some dryness , overall to the style like so many others.
