Mostra Madness, a unique collaboration with our family at Mostra Coffee gives our Miami Madness recipe an interesting twist! This fruited sour was brewed with Mango, Guava, Lemon, Calamansi & Pandan sourced and delivered to us by Mostra!
What is Pandan? Glad you asked, Pandan leaves have a naturally sweet taste and soft aroma. Its flavor is strong, described as grassy with hints of rose, almond, and vanilla, verging on coconut.

Cloudy lighter orange body. Tropical fruit, guava, balanced out by a bit of rindy lime. The lemon is more mild. Slightly heavier but still mild acetic acidity. Crisp, lighter medium bodied, very refreshing fruited Berliner. Not quite DFPF, but diff fruit

Pours a thick, hazy orange/yellow color, like OJ. Fantastic mango aroma. Has a nice mango flavor, pretty crisp and clean, slightly funky and sour, which is perfect for me. Light lemon as well. Good carbonation. Overall a rest nice mango sour.
