Black with red edges and topped by dozens of fat floating chunks of coconut lipids.
Unfortunately this was infected, yet, I've had worse beers that weren't. It was like chocolate covered strawberry with a little coconut backing, plus some roasty barrel in the exhale. Emphasis is on the tart strawberry, though it was no where near as sour as I'd expect from infectection.
The carbonation was entirely lost, and the feel was a bit syrupy.
