“No Days Off” - it is not only Manning Sumners belief to never take a day off on yourself, but now it is represented in beer form. A 3.5% Mango/Raspberry sour ale with electrolytes added. The acidity and tartness of the base beer paired with the minerals from the sea salt we added makes the the perfect post work out beer. Raspberry and Mango play a key component in bringing a bit of sweetness to the picture to round it all out

Pours a bright pinkish orange color. Off-white fizzy head forms on the beer before quickly dissipating. No residual head remains.
Aroma has notes of fruit - orange, mango, raspberries - interspersed with some light tart notes.
Taste follows the nose with notes of orange, mango and raspberry, and some grapefruit with a moderate salinity, some hard water like flavors and a weird flavor that I am guessing is the electrolytes since it is reminiscent of a sports drink. I dont know how else to describe it, but with the fruit flavors it really reminds me of a sports drink.
Feel is light, pretty tart and somewhat dry. Spritzy carbonation.
Overall this is a solid fruited sour - the addition of the electrolytes is interesting, and probably would make this a great hot weather beer.
