"The Dark Side of the Foeder is a pathway to many abilities, some consider to be unnatural." Another padawan turned over to the dark side of the force. This Foeder-aged Czech dark lager is a collaboration with Modist Brewing in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Subtle notes of toasted bready malt with a lighter than expected finish, kind of like a jedi mind trick. This is the beer you're looking for. DO IT!!!

16oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'DILLY, DILLY DARTH DADDY 29 JUN 2021'. Collaboration with Modist Brewing.
Ruby brown colored body. Thick finger of off white head. Leaves patterns and trails of lacing.
Aroma of dark roasted malts with smoke notes. Close to a creosote experience, or is it dark molasses?
Taste has wood smoke, roasted malts, grassy hops, and either molasses or dark chocolate or both.
Mouth feel is thicker than medium, with a pleasant coating of the tongue. Somewhat creamy texture. Dry like smoked wood.
Slightly spicy, but sessionable. Explorable flavors of all that surrounds dark roasted malts.

Caramel and cocoa. Earthy and grassy hops. A nice crisp lager, with some nice dark malts. Lightly roasted/smoke and toasted malts. Smooth and easy drinking. Well done.
