16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours brown in color with a one-finger foamy off-white head that reduces to a ring
S- smells of lemon and lactic tartness up front, followed by undertones of brown malts, bread and a hint of caramel
T- slightly tart up front with a hit of lemon juice, followed by a malty sweetness that adds caramel, brown bread and some raisin. The finish gives a tea-like flavor, when combined with the lemon, actually taste like Brisk lemon tea.
M- medium-light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a tart and crisp finish
O- I was afraid that this one would be too tart, but it's just enough. I think they succeeded with what they were going for here.
