Loads of rye barrel and dark fruit when cold. With warmth, a good amount of coconut and coffee that hits roasty and smooth on the finish. Adjuncts work well together and the barrel does a great job balancing the profile.

This is the best J Wakefield stout, and I’ve had nearly them all. Good sweetness and fine balance on the taste. Would be great at the Other Half Pastrytown event in NY
