A -- Completely still in the glass, with some sediment sticking to the side of the glass with each swirl
S -- Caramel, banana bread, rum-soaked cake, milk chocolate, cold brew coffee, creme brulee, coconut, nougat, marzipan. Really candy bar-like. Fantastic
T -- The rum barrel works really well here, complimenting the adjunct flavors nicely. Again, this is a bona fide pastry stout -- don't go looking a roasty, charred, herbal stout here
F -- Viscous and smooth, but lowering rating significantly due to some chunks of what I would assume is solidified coconut fat in suspension
O -- Bit of a roller coaster ride here, but where it shines (aromas and flavors) it really does shine. Cool to see on shelves in Boston, but damn is this pricey, $38/500ml...

Pours jet black, very thick and syrupy with minimal head. Coconut and bourbon barrel aromas jump out of my snifter, followed by chocolate and Amaretto soaked Luxardo cherries. Flavor is cherries, followed by intense coconut, cream of coconut, milk chocolate, explosive bourbon barrel finish with lingering milk chocolate, like there is a Hershey bar in my mouth. Minimal carbonation, thick and viscous. Overall a top 10 beer for me, amazing.
