Notes:
Socarrat is defined as the caramelized crust of rice that sometimes sticks to the bottom of the pan. It is the prize in a well-made paella. Inspired by Chef Aaron Brooks’s paella he makes every year at Wakefest, this rice lager was brewed with calasparra rice and then saffron and lemon were added.

Pours a bight yellow, like when you pee a few hours after you take a bunch of vitamins. Aroma is strong saffron with light lemon. Flavor is saffron. Semi sweet with a touch of lemon. Saffron lingers on for hours. Good carbonation. Overall a very unique beer, A+ for creativeness, but I was unable to drink much.
