Pours very dark and thick, minimal dark foamy head. Huge coconut aroma, sweet vanilla, boozy bourbon barrel. Big chocolate and coconut flavor, semi sweet, nice vanilla flavor. I assume the ube gives it a mild sweetness and buttery finish. Thick and syrupy, carbonation is light. Overall a delicious beer.
