A collab with our mates from across the pond, Mondo Brewing, we rolled out the red carpet and knighted this kettle soured ale with a grandiose amount of passionfruit, guava, lime and topped it with a little powdered wig of vanilla. Nevermind the Bollocks!

16oz can. Partial stamp on can bottom reads 'JUNE 2022'.
Cloudy, apricot colored body. Brief head but not long lasting. No lacing.
Aroma is lime, and lots of guava and passion fruit. Smells like some sweet vanilla lurking.
Taste is tart because of the lime and passion fruit, and slightly sweet because of the guava and vanilla. Not much depth in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Has a tooth scraping effect. Good carbonation.
Rather tart for a kettle sour, and has a bit of complexity because of the different additions (lime, guava, passion fruit, and vanilla). In the end this is refreshing and cleans the palate.
