16oz undated can poured into a pint glass shows a bright, clear, yellow, and lifeless body. A rough pour generates a 2" proud head of largish white bubbles that falls to a thin cap and leaves clumpy lacing.

Bready aroma dominates with citrus notes.

Crackery malt flavor highlighted by lemon and honey with a spicy note.

Mouthfeel is light and drying with a clean finish.

Overall a solid pilsner.

Pours pale gold with very good clarity; frothy one finger of white foam; very good cap retention; medium ring with some soapy lace. Buttered baked white bread; honey nose. Dry cracker malt, light spice, light bitter hop taste. Clean, crisp, dry; moderate minus carbonation; light body verging on watery. Overall a very enjoyable Pilsner style out of Miami, FL!
