Poured to a tulip.
A: The body is yellow-y to orange with a very hazy opaqueness. The head is minimal. No retention nor lacing.
S: This beer has a fantastic profile of Brettonamyces.
T: The taste is has a very sweet profile of barley with some belgian yeast, probably brettonamyces.
M: The body is medium to medium low. Carbonation is low. Bitterness is very mild as well.
O: Will try this again.

On-draught @ Catraio in Porto.
APPEARANCE: Bone white cap. Foamy and frothy, with an even consistency and a shining complexion. Retention is nice - about 7 minutes. No lacing clings to the sides of the glass as it recedes.
Body colour is a hazy dull orange. I see no yeast or less within.
AROMA: Fruity, with a tropical bend. Indeed, it's oddly (and unconventionally) hop forward for a saison. Pale malts. Estery Belgian yeast. Melon.
Aromatic intensity is above average.
Not much of a saison aroma, save for the Belgian yeast character. No spices or funkiness is present. I find no barnyard/farmhouse notes or earthiness.
TASTE: Has a nice multidimensional fruit character to it. There's ample pale malt sweetness, but hop bitterness actually exceeds it. Yeah - hop bitterness - in an ostensible saison. Melon, rind, fruit.
No spices. No funkiness. No earthiness. No barnyard notes.
There is some Belgian yeast (saccharomyces) character here, bringing this into Belgian IPA territory - but its classification as a saison is head scratch-inducing.
Definitely overhopped for the (intended) style, and simple for it as well.
TEXTURE: Smooth, wet, overcarbonated, medium-bodied, somewhat refreshing. Hardly the rustic dry mouthfeel I'd look for in a quality saison.
OVERALL: Judged as a Belgian IPA, it's pretty nice actually - a bit off in terms of hop pungency and profile, but nice. For a saison, though, it's just plain off the mark. Giving the brewery the benefit of the doubt, it's an enjoyable drinkable brew - but regardsless of style it wouldn't be my first choice when in Portugal.
High C+ (3.25) / ABOVE AVERAGE

Draught at Duque Brewpub in Lisbon.
A - Hazy golden colour. Nice two finger head with light carbonation. Spotty lace and a film of retention.
S - Light citrus, hops, yeast.
T - Yeasty, musty, earthy hop profile. Good blend of hop and yeast characteristics.
M - Strong carbonation, lightish body, nice crisp bitterness.
O/D - Nice and refreshing, complex and crisp as well. Balance is great and the hops don't take over like they could have. Well crafted.
