Pours a clear auburn color with a thinner lacy white head atop.Cleaner aromas with mainly pine coming thru.Piney and citric upfront with quite a big doughy malt base with that maple coming thru in the finish.Somewhat sweet but pretty well rounded,I thought this was brewed at Southern Tier?Either way not bad.

Dark, clear, orange beer with a foamy white head that leaves bands of lacing behind. The aroma is citrus and pine from the IPA with the maple sweetness. The wet oak is also present in the nose. The taste is a great balance of sweet maple syrup and bitter pine with some citrus and oak in the middle. I hesitated when I bought this one but I am glad I did. I really enjoyed this unique beer.

16 oz collaboration can poured into an IPA glass, Clear amber orange, with a three finger fluffy white head that retains well for the length of the drink. Aroma is of oak chips, maple, grass and mint. Taste is unique, maple, oak, and some underlying bitterness. The mouthfeel is somewhat thin, carbonation is medium low. A unique beverage, worth a try if you come across it.

Picked up some at Teeter as it was the best of both worlds - Southern Tier and a local brewery. Wasn't sure how the maple and oak chip taste would be but I really liked it. Nice flavor but it's still an IPA at heart. I'd buy more!
