Ed's Legs is an American Saison made with flaked barley and American & Australian hops. The result is an insanely drinkable beer with hints of pear and citrus.

Light, hazy golden color, with a crisp aroma of straw, pink grapefruit, tart apples, and crackers. Bright and tart on the tongue, with fruitiness, whole wheat triscuits, and a light ammonia funk. Thin body and a highly quaffable mouthfeel. Nice!
