Clear golden pour with clear bubble islands on the surface with decent carbonation. Smell has sweet tart passion fruit, grape, lemon, slight funk and pilsner malt. Taste opens up: still sweet with the passion fruit, grape must, tangerine, and lemon, but now also get some of the earthy tamarind, pilsner malt, and slight funk in the drier finish. Tropical, bright, sweet, and super crushable, there is also a slightly hint of acidity and sour in the feel. Yet another case of how underrated illuminated is.
