Saison made with Hibiscus Flowers and Triskel Hops.
Hibiscus adds tartness and a touch of color. Triskel is a French Hop, a cross between Strisselspalt & Yeoman. Triskel features an elegant combination of both floral and subtle fruity notes with some citrus. We of course ferment it with Omega’s Saisonstien yeast, it is spicy, complex, tart, dry and crisp with some bubblegum character present from its Belgian parent, and more fruit and fewer phenolics than its French parent.

Murky bronze body with a a white head. Smells of hibiscus, lemon, baguette yeast, with a hint of bubble gum and orange zest. Taste has the slightly tart hibiscus atop the saison yeast with minor grain, estery pear, orange and lemon. Feel is light abd playful, medium bodied. Nice for late spring. The wife liked it
