On tap at Whole Foods in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a clear light gold with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thick swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, honey, candied fruit, and slight spice and skunk aromas. Taste is much the same with honey, fruit, spice, yeast, earth, and slight skunk flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice and yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and sticky mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with solid aromas and flavors, but the skunk aspects are a bit odd.

Collaboration with Arizona Wilderness. A belgo tripel with chamomile.
Sweetness correct for the tripel style. Faint herbal chamomile.
