Light and crisp. Golden brew with plenty of white foam. Lots of lacing in the pint shaker that lasts down to the bottom of the glass. A little resiny rather thanthe usual perfumey Kölsch style. A pleasant light quaff that is clean and well-made. makes me want to try more from this brewery. On tap at Churchill Cigar Lounge in Old Town, San Diego.
