A: Yeasty, zesty with a bit of malty caramel sweetness.
A: Light straw color and super hazy with a thin film of head.
T: Clean malt flavor, zesty with very little hop bitterness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer exhibits a bit of a creamy texture from the yeast presence.
O: Pretty tasty and traditional take on a kellerbier. The yeasty, zesty aroma and flavor is pretty pleasing and certainly easy to drink on a hot day!
