Nothing tastes more like Fall than fresh apple cider, except perhaps for this beer which is made by adding several gallons of local cider to a blonde ale base beer for a pleasant apple flavor, deep golden color, low hop bitterness and character, light body and light malt sweetness. Grab a sweatshirt, a Malus and go watch the leaves fall.
