This strong pale ale has a deep golden to copper color, medium body, medium maltiness and low caramel character. Floral and citrus-like American-variety hops have been used to produce high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma. Fruity-ester flavors and aromas are strong.

On-tap at Destihl Bloomington/Normal. Poured into taster.

A - Pours a golden yellow color, frothy white head, spotty lace, thin collar.

S - A nice hoppy aroma, citrus, some floral notes, touch of malty sweetness.

T - Similar to the nose. Nice and hoppy. Citrus, orange peel, floral, cracker, with a very light malt profile. Bitter hoppy finish.

M - Light, crisp and refreshing, easy to drink, clean finish.

O - A solid APA that was easy to drink and refreshing. Would definitely have again in the future, if I was able to. A nice take on an APA.
