750 ml bottle into tulip glass, 2019 vintage. Pours slightly hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy peaches, fruit fuzz/skin/pits, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, plum, pear, red/green apple, melon, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, honey, wheat, white bread dough; light oak, vanilla, pepper, white vinegar, leather, lacto/musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge sour/tart/tangy peaches, fruit fuzz/skin/pits, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, plum, pear, red/green apple, melon, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, honey, wheat, white bread dough; light oak, vanilla, pepper, white vinegar, leather, lacto/musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy peaches, fruit fuzz/skin/pits, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, plum, pear, red/green apple, melon, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, honey, wheat, white bread dough, white vinegar, leather, lacto/musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness in the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tart/sour/tangy balance, and minimal puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tart/tangy. Medium-plus carbonation and medium-full body; withg a very smooth, moderately creamy/silky/bready/acidic/tangy, and lightly tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.5%. Overall this is an amazing fruited sour/wild ale. All around amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; fantastic soft feel, and not overly lactic. Amazing balance of super jammy peaches and Brett/Bacteria complexity; with a large sized wheat/malt backbone against acidity. Solid oak foeder presence. I highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example as expected of the brewery. Right on par with most of the rest of the series!

Poured a hazy apricot color with a finger of white head that hung around for a bit.
Smells of peaches, flesh and skin. Acidic, tart aroma as well.
Initially a ton of peach, sweet, juicy, gives way to tart skin. Finishes quite acidic.
Medium to full body with good carb level. Clean, dry finish with lingering tartness.
Overall a tasty sipper on a sunny Spring day.

Right off the pour the giant peach aromas were evident, with some wildflower, banana, and apple vinegar. Very smooth and drinkable sour with underlying peach yogurt textures. Taste featured peach upfront with some wheaty yeast, graham cracker, pear, apple, banana, lemon and clementine. Kind of a slightly acidic peaches and cream taste on the finish
