Wow breathe this one in, pure strawberry and rhubarb pie with cool jammy finish. Could be a great air freshener. Taste is intensely tart and sweet strawberry and rhubarb with some lemon, pie crust, and floral dashes. The lingering acidity is heartburn waiting to happen, but it goes down so smooth, and kind of gummy.

This was pretty incredible and I’m very surprised no one has even rated it yet. The buddy kind enough to share this with me said this was one of those rare treats that’s better out of the bottle than on draft. It pours and looks like a ruby and has a very full bodied glisten to it. Aroma is incredible and spot on to Rhubarb pie with a hint of a Michigan meadows. Really incredible first sip and every sip. Couldn’t drink this fast enough. Very tart and very true to its advertising. 8% is very well hidden as I taste no alcohol presence at all. Mouthfeel matches its appearance and borderline syrupy. That’s my one flaw to this sour, a tad bit of granadine texture and appearance. Overall though, I loved this and would’ve definitely given my buddy $20 a bottle to get more had I known he would be stopping at Arclight.
