Interesting story on how Stiltsville was outside of the U.S jurisdiction during Prohibition and has survived eight decades of hurricanes. This lends credence to the saying ascribed to Ben franklin that "God gave us beer as a sign that we should be happy."
Looks above average with an orange tinge. Smells mostly of malt with some fruity action. Hops bitter action come into play for a balanced Taste. Refreshes the mouth dryly.

Appearance: golden yellow in color with a short 1/4" head.
Smell: mild lemon with a floral nose.
Taste: light grainy malt, lemon zest, a hint of tropical fruit, and a nice floral start and finish.
Mouthfeel: light in body. Crisp and refreshing.
Overall: a definite hop forward pils that hits the spot.

Oh, the underrated and under-appreciated pilsner. How you get overlooked in today's craft world. This one is actually quite good. Light, crisp, citric and herbal. Plenty of balanced hops on top of a medium-bodied, grainy malt backbone. Crisp, clean and refreshing while maintaining all of the flavors you expect from the style. Well done.

16 oz. can. Clear golden body. Smells of light bready malts and tropical fruit hops. Tastes quite hoppy right up front. Kinda tropical and floral. Malt profile is sweet with low bitterness. Back end is floral, too. Light and very drinkable. A thoroughly enjoyable hoppy pilsner.
