Interesting story on how Stiltsville was outside of the U.S jurisdiction during Prohibition and has survived eight decades of hurricanes. This lends credence to the saying ascribed to Ben franklin that "God gave us beer as a sign that we should be happy."

Looks above average with an orange tinge. Smells mostly of malt with some fruity action. Hops bitter action come into play for a balanced Taste. Refreshes the mouth dryly.

Appearance: golden yellow in color with a short 1/4" head.

Smell: mild lemon with a floral nose.

Taste: light grainy malt, lemon zest, a hint of tropical fruit, and a nice floral start and finish.

Mouthfeel: light in body. Crisp and refreshing.

Overall: a definite hop forward pils that hits the spot.

Oh, the underrated and under-appreciated pilsner. How you get overlooked in today's craft world. This one is actually quite good. Light, crisp, citric and herbal. Plenty of balanced hops on top of a medium-bodied, grainy malt backbone. Crisp, clean and refreshing while maintaining all of the flavors you expect from the style. Well done.

16 oz. can. Clear golden body. Smells of light bready malts and tropical fruit hops. Tastes quite hoppy right up front. Kinda tropical and floral. Malt profile is sweet with low bitterness. Back end is floral, too. Light and very drinkable. A thoroughly enjoyable hoppy pilsner.

At the brewery.
Light golden color with a thick head with good retention.
Nice aroma with notes of peppermint, malt sweetness and flowers.
Flavor with notes of floral hops, malt sweetness, bread, lemon and mild pine. Dry aftertaste with a pleasant bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Very pleasant Bohemian Pils with citrusy notes.

Ok, so I had write a review for this beer because of the horrible reviews that I read on here. The bartender said that it was good, I have to agree...it is good. Actually, I think it is very good. The beer had a nice look to it and the taste and finish were very good. I thought that it was a very nice pilsner.

I like the Splitsville Pilsner from Concrete Beach. It poured a clear yellow with white head that is leaving a lace. The scent is mild with hints of biscuit and lemon. The taste is nicely balanced with enough citrus hop character to make it interesting. Perfect for hot Miami days. The Mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.

I love the idea of the Boston Beer Company collaborating with smaller regional breweries... That being said a brief synopsis of my Stiltsville experience. Pour the beer: looks nice with a finger head, lacing is good but fades quickly.Smell the beer: malty, citrus (lychee, maybe grapefruit). Taste the beer: malt overpowering, citrus is masked by the 2-row, citrus almost gone, sour mash ..,malt, malt, malt. Feel the beer: smooth enough to session, lest you forget the taste. With Sammy in your corner they should've helped this beer take off stratospherically! Being a South Florida local I am pulling for you! You CAN make it happen!

Pleasantly surprised by this hop-forward pilsner from just down the coast. Pale color, but good lacing, hops on the nose, clean, balanced flavor, and great carbonation. The hops are very present, but not overwhelming. Probably a go-to local beverage for me now.

Not sure what these two first ratings are talking about. I'm assuming since it is a beer from Miami they're expecting coors or something. Great tasting Pilsner with great German flavor. Would recommend as an easy drinking pool/golf beer or with dinner.

Looked amazing. Was completely undrinkable. Could barely finish one. Had to throw the rest away. Don't let the flashy graphics and local brewery bs fool you. If you like this beer you are a lying hipster.
