Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing "Cherrywood Smoked Roggenbier"

Notes: Hazy amber body beneath a short head of white. No lacing... perhaps a dirty bar glass? Very light smoke in the aroma with some malt and an apple-like fruitiness. The flavor follows with rye and its spiciness, as well as a touch of tartness. A median bitterness leads to a dry finish. Medium-light in body with a crisp carbonation. Overall not bad but it just doesn't shine. A little more smoke, a little more rye, and generally a little more malt overall would bring it around.
