Notes via stream of consciousness: This is labeled as a "LIME LAGER" but there's no mention of lime as an ingredient or flavoring on the label. I thought that you had to add additional ingredients to your label but maybe just labelling it as "LIME LAGER" is enough. I brew my lime lager with dried lime peel in the kettle, and then fresh squeezed and bottled lime juice in the brite tank but who knows how they've done this. The body is a lightly hazy straw gold beneath a short head of white foam. I'm not really getting lime in the aroma, just a suggestion of it behind the sweetish malt. The flavor follows with the same hint but no clear lime. It's OK though. If you were served this blind you might have to question what exactly it was that you we're tasting but you'd certainly know something was there. I do get the bitterness of the lime in the finish, which is interesting, and implies that they used real limes. Mostly what I get, however, is sweetish and grainy malt with a little bit of grassiness. It's nicely balanced and easy to drink, and at 4.5% you could drink more than one of these, especially on a hot day. I find the amount of lime disappointing but the beer itself doesn't suffer because of it. It does have a downfall, however, which is a limited head retention and lacing. Acid will do that, and there is a light touch of acidity to it but not really enough to kill the head - think sour beer, not something that's fairly standard but with a touch of acidity. The carbonation is standard as well, so I'm not sure where it's coming from, and I can only guess that it's process. To note, my glass is "beer clean" as I just had a beer before this one and it had very nice lacing. With everything said I'd go for this one again.

Cloudy very light gold appearance.
Around a medium body with about medium carbonation.
Aroma is lime juice, lime peel, malt, mild cereal.
Taste has a very mild sweetness, a little sour hop bitterness. Fresh lime juice with a little peel definitely stands out.
Have had many lime infused beers but I thought this was above average.
