This pours a copper orange color with a slight head. The flavor is very strong with Apple cinnamon flavors. The flavor delivers as expect with Apple, cinnamon, mixed with lots of caramel and hints of oak. Complex and delicious for fall.

Very clear brew, modest head, with vanilla, apple, and brandy at the aroma forefront. Flavor is fairly alcoholic, with brandy dominating, and becoming cidery and lightly dry at the finish. Slightly sweet, but with enough apple tartness to balance. It's a little hot for my taste.
