Slightly hazy burnt gold, with only a thin white collar of visible carbonation.
Smell is apple, lemon, wine oak, white grape, and a little sour funk.
Taste is bitter, sour and funky all in one, with blue cheese, apricot, grapefruit rind, and hay, nearing acetic. I also get some lime as it warms.
Soft, medium body with a super light froth.
