The soft light body consists mostly of clovey phenol and peppery Hefe yeast. Hazy orange with a lumpy thick blanket, the Hefe notes are not too heavy, but also not desired out of a “SAISON”! There's a touch of lemon and orange accented by bitter greens in the semi-dry finish.
I'm not sure why American breweries keep calling these Saisons, but I'm really getting tired of it.
