Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large pale white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt with some dry ester with some cereal notes. Taste is a mix of dry cereal notes with some dry ester with light rustic notes with a dry finish veering on vinous notes. Body is light with excellent carbonation. Easy drinking with plenty of character.

A:
Pours a hazy white-straw with a few fingers of nice white head. Great retention; cloudy day lacing. (4.25)
S:
Lightly spicy, dough, earthy. (3.5)
T:
Follows the nose with a little lime zest and hard mineral water bite (hand in hand with the fizzy carbonation). (3.75)
M:
Light, floooofy body with super active carbonation and a clean finish. (4)
O:
A tasty, light beer that was tasty and a real thirst quencher.
It looks nice in the glass and drinks nice to boot. The only real downside is that the nose is a little hollow but the flavor is nice and comes choose to making up for it. I actually expected it all to be a hollow husk of a beer (at 3.8%) but it was pretty tasty and crisp.
Would be great in the hot months. (3.75)
