Aroma with notes of lemon, pineapple juice, herbal hops and faint clove.
Flavor with predominant notes of spices, lemon, dry hay, grains and pineapple. Dry aftertaste with a decent bitterness competing with sour notes.
Bordering medium body with effervescent carbonation.
Spiced Saison faithful to style, with sourness competing with bitterness and less fruit complexity showing up as supporting role. More assertive than complex.
