Big hop aromas with some pine and citrus. Pours hazy gold with some chunks that settle out after a few minutes. Has a 2" rocky white cap with good retention. Initial orange peel and a trace of coriander lead the flavors. An assertive bitter citrus taste takes over by mid palate. Medium to medium light body, medium plus carbonation. This is a pleasant bitter witbier but the chunks are disconcerting and the dry-hopping hides too much of the witbier character.

I've always been a fan of Witbier's and this one isn't half bad. It could use a little more of a citrus bite if I'm honest as the taste is a little weak and little watery. A very easy drinker and enjoyable but probably one that Insight needs to spend some more time refining.
