16 oz can pkgd 3/11/24 into a nonic pint glass.
L: SRM 3 Pours light straw yellow caramel color with a thin white head, steady carbonation, head recedes to light frothy edge foam, random medium complex lacing.
S: Sweet citrus, pineapple, lightly floral, slight over ripe funk.
T: Fruits, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, white grape, it is bittersweet, yeast, a light dried up fruit bread malt note, grains. It has a bitter, dry lingering finish that is both zesty & resinous. Slightly tart.
F: Brisk medium to med-light bodied feel with a long drying finish. It is almost brut.
O: A fine WCIPA. It has an out loud flavor and a long finish that's sure to please any WCIPA lover. A good looking and easy beer to drink. It is excellent in its style.
