12 oz can pkgd 12/11/25 into a Becher glass.
L: Pours a slightly yeasty dirty light gold color with light steady carbo, a thin white head that recedes to almost nothing, tiny random dots of lacing.
S: Fruits, grapefruit zest, a hint of bread dough.
T: Gently sweet caramelized malts, a herbal hop taste, citrus zest, pine resin, a note of yellow fruit bread, bitterness lingers, a bit more malts emerge with slight warming. It is pale.
F: Brisk medium to med-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium-long medium-dry finish. It becomes slightly smoother over time.
O: A really fine beer and it makes my tongue a little bit dry. I would like to have this on tap and to see this beer more frequently. It is very tasty, refreshing, and is excellent in its style.
