A charcoal colored black and topped with a head of little retention, but creamy lacing. The aroma brings smoked chocolate and jerky to the nose, which are two aromas which I can sing to. Its flavor immediately brings a strong smokiness to the palate, which is not for the weak. Bits of bakers chocolate work their way and diversify the smoke. The beer feels quite slick in the mouth, with a medium-full body and low carbonation.
A step up from being run of the mill. But be careful drinking, this beer has a kick!
