This beer is unreal.
Had a few bottles and the first time I tried it, the carbonation was kind of low and funk was moderate. taste was pretty good. A bit average to me in the Brett Saison catagory. Then had it again 3 Months later from a bottle share and DAMN!, this beer just tasted amazing. Reminded me of SARA Cellarman. Nice Lemonade smell with a soft mouthfeel. Perfect acidity and none of that Lacto smell. Curious to see how this beer ages out next year. I cant imagine that theres more bottles out there with only a 180 bottle release.

A very well done light barrel aged saison. All the right flavors and nice and really well balanced compared to most barrel aged saisons on the market. A nice balance between the Lacto and Brett.
I'm a big fan and had it quite a few times and it seams out of the bottle is just a tad bit better than on tap but never the this beer is AMAZING!!
I will searching out more beers between Brandon and Charles Rapadas collaboration projects in the future.

What a wonderful refreshing oak aged saison.
Pours a nice hazy yellow color, nicely balanced tart, Brett and barrel. A smooth drinking saison, perfect for summer drinking.
