A: Moderate cucumber, coupled with light lime, pepper and moderately light sourness.
A: Pale straw color, pretty hazy with a thinnish white head that has very little retention.
T: Moderate cucumbers and light lime, coupled with a light esters, followed with moderately light lingering sourness.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. There is a light heat on the finish that becomes more pronounced as the beer warms.
O: Very solid; the beer has a great cucumber nose and flavor with just enough heat to be noticeable. However, the longer the beer sits, the cucumber dissipates quickly and the pepper really intensifies its heat.
