Mixed culture farmhouse ale aged in American oak bourbon barrels with lemon zest and ginger. This dry and complex ale is inspired by a popular cold remedy that includes hot ginger tea, bourbon, and a squeeze and lemon - sometimes referred to as a Hot Toddy.

A: Moderate ginger and tart lemon aromas, followed by a moderately light sourness.
A: Light orange color with a yellow hue, totally opaque with a uniform white head that has excellent retention.
T: Moderate ginger, with a light lemon tartness, followed by a lingering moderately light sourness.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Solid; the beer has an interesting combination of ginger and lemon and that complements the beer's sourness well.
