Pours a deep yellow with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is banana and clove right off the bat. Grassy hops adorn bready malts and fragments of caramel, fruity, and spicy notes. Flavor profile is banana nut bread lead with some clove just behind for the one-two punches. Grassy and spicy hops dance atop Belgian spicy yeast. Mouth feel is fuzzy in texture with a moderately expansive effervescence. Thickness is medium-thick. Overall, deep Belgian notes, but remains well rounded.
