On tap at Baerlic Alberta Arts District. Poured a slightly cloudy, golden color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled salty with wheat and lemon. Tart lemon taste with touches of salt and caramel.

a wonderful gose here, one of the best i have had in recent memory, oat based which is cool, im sure there is still plenty of wheat here too, but the oats give it a fluffy body not broken down by the lactic souring, and some neat earthy undertones too, just a little bit more complexity than is common, wonderful smoothness of texture for a tart beer too, and this is very well refined overall. pale and light looking from the can, with a short and short lived white head, lots of bubbles rising up. the nose and taste are the same, clean lemony lactic tang, earthy but delicate grains underneath, and high minerality from the salt, a brine vibe, its quite salty as these go really, super refreshing as such. there is also a hint of orange and coriander seed in this, although mild compared to many, maybe just a yeast ester even creating the illusion, its that mellow, slightly herbal late maybe from some hops, and very dry on the finish. it sparkles in the mouthfeel and my mouth waters for another sip each time i take one, this drinks so easy its amazing. clean on the souring but also on the actual ferment, very light bodied, and really featuring the salt. the oats do a lot for this, and it stands as one of the better straight up american made gose types ive encountered in ages. need to get my hands on some more of their beers, this was really impressive and the perfect beer for a hot summer afternoon! rightly named!

A Gose that would make Leipzig proud! Beautifully executed - just a touch of lip smacking salinity and tartness with a body luscious enough to make Beyoncé jealous. 5/5 on all counts for an impressive true to style beer that would hold its own against German breweries in a double blind taste test.

Golden body, kind of cloudy, wheat malt forward with a mild dosage of salinity. Overall, a refreshing summer drinker, and a solid standard gose. Cheers.

A: The beer is pale yellow in color and has a light amount of carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving only a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of lemons.
T: The taste follows the smell, having some sourness along with notes of saltiness and slight hints of lemons. Bits of yogurt are also perceptible.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Slight bits of creaminess are perceptible.
O: This beer is super light in body and is very easy to drink. It makes for a good summer beverage.
