Ruby-chocolate with creamy fan. 4
Big Band-Aid phenols, and banana creme. 3.75
Cream of wheat, chocolate hit, some clove, more banana and ringing minty linger. 3.75
Medium, smooth, slight oil. 4
Polaris
“Cascadian dark hefe-” This might have worked with a less distinctive hop then Polaris, which comes on strong. Add a heavy head with the chocolate malt plus big banana and phenols and there’s just too much going on. A banana split, but instead of vanilla, it’s mint chip. 3.75
