2017 Bottle.
Wow. This beer deserves a better review, so hopefully I snag another bottle to do it justice. Tons of hay funk, subtle oak, and a mild tartness with a perfectly soft, rustic, and funky sour feel. And there is no indication that this is 9.1%. Superb.
Cheers.
